Hi, I am Bibi! I guide women towards relaxation, softness, and renewed energy. Through massages and 1-on-1 yoga sessions, I create a safe space where tension can melt away and calm can return.

I give massages to women and pregnant women. With the 1-on-1 yoga sessions, I offer hatha yoga and yoga for pregnant women.

Ayurvedic massage

Ayurvedic massage aims to harmonize the body, mind and spirit, enabling you to connect more with yourself.

Ayurvedic massage includes friction-based strokes and other techniques. Typically for this type of massage are the use of warm Ayurvedic massage oils.

During the massage I stimulate so called marma-points. These are specific energy points. By stimulating these points, it promotes physical healing, it improves circulation and it enhances mental clarity.

Ayurvedic massage helps to release muscle tension, it improves lymphatic drainage and it helps you to sleep better.

Pregnancy massage

When you are pregnant, your body changes. Sometimes you can face some complaints,
such as lower back-, pelvic- or shoulder pain. Other women have cramps in their lower legs.

This massage is aimed at relieving those complaints.
It is aimed at finding more relaxation and it helps you to sleep better.

It is a perfect moment for you to slow down, to recharge and
to connect with your body and with your baby.

The massage is given when you lie on your back and on your side.
Special pillows and blankets will be provided so that you are comfortable.

This massage is possible when you are 12 weeks pregnant or more weeks.

-Head massage

We use our mind continuously during the day. During a head massage, I focus deliberately on the head, to calm down your thoughts.

Some advantages of a head massage:

-relaxes the nervous system
-diminishes mental tiredness
-improves the supply of oxygen to the brain
-improves the production of serotonin, which has a good effect on your mood.
-helps for tension in the shoulders and neck
-empties the mind

I give attention to the following areas: head, face, neck, scalp, shoulders and upper back.

A very soothing and relaxing massage.

During this 30 or 45 minute-massage you lie on your back.

Practical: your face and head will be massaged. It’s better to not wear too much make-up, like foundation. If you don’t like oil in your hair, I can skip that area.

It’s also practical to wear a bra with straps that are easily removed from your shoulders. A strapless bra for example.

1-ON-1 YOGA SESSIONS

Pregnancy yoga sessions

Do you need time to recharge and connect with yourself and your baby? Is your mind asking for more relaxation?

And do you want to learn yoga poses and breathing techniques that you can apply during pregnancy and delivery?

Then a pregnancy yoga session is something for you!

Hatha yoga sessions

Yoga is about balance. The balance between body and mind. When you do yoga, you learn to listen more to your body. You become more aware.

In these one-on-one sessions, we look at unity of body and awareness, whereby the breath is the connection. In these sessions, we use the breath as a way to experience this unity of body and awareness.

There will be standing asana’s (poses), sitting asana’s and lying asana’s. The poses are dynamic and static. The session will finish with a pose on your back, where you can even relax deeper.

By focusing on the breath and movement, you become more and more focused. I aim to work toward more relaxation at the end of the class.

I will attune the session according to your level. We focus on what is possible, within your limits.
