Group yoga classes

Feeling overwhelmed? It’s time to trade the mental noise for a moment of calm.
Give yourself the “me-time” you deserve with a practice designed to soothe your mind
and revitalize your body.

I teach a gentle hatha yoga that perfectly balances relaxation with movements for
strength and flexibility. My classes enable you to reconnect with your breath
and to find inner peace.

It’s the perfect way to release tension and leave the mat feeling recharged and centered.

Yoga is about the balance between body and mind. When you do yoga, you learn to listen
more to your body. You become more aware.

During my classes, we look at unity of body and awareness, whereby the breath is the connection.
We use the breath as a way to experience this unity of body and awareness.
By focusing on the breath and movement, you become more and more focused.
I aim to work towards more relaxation at the end of the class.

There will be standing asana’s (poses), sitting asana’s and lying asana’s.
The poses are dynamic and static. The session will finish with a pose on your back,
where you can even relax deeper.

Time and location:

Monday evenings from 19.15-20.15

-After the class there is tea
-Mats and blankets are provided
-If you want to bring an extra pillow, feel free to do so
-Sign up with Whatsapp if you want to join, so I can bring a mat and keep the door open for you
-Class will be in English or Dutch, depending on the participants.

Prices:
separate class € 12,-
4 ride card € 40,- (valid for 4 months after purchase)
